Union Minister Chirag Paswan has announced his decision to contest the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections from all 243 seats. Speaking at a rally in Ara, he positioned his move as a strategy to strengthen the NDA alliance. Paswan stated that he will contest ‘for Bihar’ and that the people will decide on which seat he will contest from. He also criticized the RJD and Congress for their roles in the ‘jungle raj’. Paswan accused Rahul Gandhi of already conceding defeat and criticized his remarks about the Election Commission. He stated that his focus is to support the NDA and that he is not interested in the Chief Minister’s position.
