Convoy of Tejashwi Yadav Hit by Truck in Bihar: Former Deputy CM Unharmed

An accident involving the convoy of RJD leader and former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav occurred early Saturday morning in Vaishali district. A speeding truck struck two vehicles in the convoy near Goraul, as Yadav was returning from a political event in Madhepura. The convoy had halted for a tea break at around 12:30 AM on the Patna-Muzaffarpur highway when the incident took place. Yadav was a few meters away at the time and was not injured. Three security personnel sustained injuries and were immediately taken to a hospital. Yadav later visited the injured officials to check on their condition. Police arrested the truck driver on the spot and took the vehicle into custody.
