A dialogue with investors took place at The Lalit Hotel in Delhi, organized by the Department of Industry to discuss the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025 (BIPP-2025). The event, part of the initiative launched in Patna, featured Industry Minister Nitish Mishra as the chief guest, along with key officials. Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh presented the policy’s framework and investment incentives, detailing free land allocation, financial incentives and initiatives to strengthen the business environment. Minister Mishra highlighted the historic significance of the package for Bihar’s industrial development, and its potential to create jobs. BIADA Managing Director Shri Kundan Kumar emphasized the package’s role in boosting entrepreneurship. The BIPP-2025, following the BIADA Amnesty Policy 2025, aims to encourage industries by offering free land, financial incentives, and a robust business environment.
