The India Bloc convened a crucial meeting on Saturday, hosted by Tejashwi Yadav, to strategize for the Bihar Assembly elections. A key outcome of the meeting was the decision to include the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and the Lok Janshakti Party (Pashupati Paras) in the India Bloc’s electoral efforts in Bihar. Both parties will be allocated seats as part of the alliance. Congress leader Rajesh Ram indicated that the meeting was productive, with significant progress on finalizing the seat-sharing arrangement. Most seats have been negotiated, and a final agreement is anticipated soon. The inclusion of new allies necessitates sacrifices from all parties involved. The seat-sharing formula is expected to be finalized soon. Regarding a Kerala Congress tweet, Ram clarified that the post was removed because its context was misinterpreted in Bihar.
