Ministers and Congress figures from Odisha came together to celebrate the Rath Yatra in Kotia, a village in Koraput district. The annual festival, held a day after the state-wide observance, saw the participation of numerous devotees and officials. The Jagannath temple in Kotia, established to connect with tribal communities, served as the focal point of the celebrations. The Odisha government sent a delegation led by Minister Suresh Pujari, along with Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and other ministers. Congress leaders also joined the event, displaying solidarity with the local residents. The Deputy CM expressed the government’s dedication to the region’s welfare and development, while Pujari emphasized the state’s commitment to the Kotia community amidst border disputes.
