Modi Speaks Out on Bihar Rally Controversy, Defends Mother Against Opposition Criticism

In response to the recent Bihar rally incident, Prime Minister Narendra Modi voiced his concerns over the alleged verbal abuse directed at his late mother. He held Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav accountable for the incident, condemning the act of involving his mother in political discourse. Modi highlighted that the derogatory language used targeted his mother, but also reflected poorly on all mothers and sisters across the nation. During a video conference with approximately 20 lakh women, the Prime Minister reflected on his mother’s hard work and sacrifices, emphasizing her role in raising him and his siblings. He underlined the significance of mothers in society, stating their place is higher than that of gods and goddesses.
