UPSC CSE 2025 final results spotlight the National Association of Civil Servants (NACS), where over 23 IGP participants have emerged victorious. This wave of success showcases NACS’s transformative impact on civil services preparation.
The Interview Guidance Program (IGP) delivered expert coaching from IAS, IPS, IRS, and IRTS stalwarts, hosted at Bihar Bhawan Delhi, Patna, and via online modes for inclusivity.
From humble beginnings in 2014 with eight founders led by BK Prasad (IAS), NACS has expanded to 1,500 members, offering gratis classes and interview drills to Bihar and Jharkhand aspirants.
Its hallmark is a homegrown panel fostering tension-free simulations. WhatsApp groups enable 24/7 officer interactions, complemented by specialized modules on state issues, hobbies, current events, and world affairs.
NACS President BK Prasad articulated, ‘We aim for officers to contribute back through guidance.’ The organization has groomed toppers in UPSC, BPSC, and JPSC over the last decade, enhancing interview performances markedly.
As celebrations ensue for the new batch—including 180 IAS selects—NACS exemplifies community-driven success. Their approach challenges commercial coaching dominance, inspiring a meritocratic path for countless dreams.
