Pappu Yadav, the independent MP from Purnia, has stated that Prashant Kishor should declare Chirag Paswan as the Chief Ministerial candidate. He highlighted that Paswan and Kishor are now working together. Yadav believes that even a small number of seats won by them would pose a challenge to the JDU and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He also suggested that Paswan should consider joining the Mahagathbandhan, indicating a desire for Paswan to distance himself from the NDA. This comes as Bihar gears up for assembly elections, with political parties intensifying their preparations. Paswan has recently been critical of the state’s law and order situation. Yadav’s remarks reflect the dynamic political landscape as different parties strategize for the upcoming elections.
