Patna’s Takht Sri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib Gurudwara has been targeted with a bomb threat delivered through email. The threatening message mentioned the placement of four RDX explosives in the langar hall and included pro-Pakistan and ISI slogans, leading to significant disruption and concern within the gurudwara. The email further instructed VIPs and staff to evacuate the building. The gurudwara’s management committee immediately informed Patna’s SSP, Kartikeya Sharma, prompting a police response. A comprehensive search of the gurudwara was conducted by the police, including bomb disposal and dog squad units. No explosives were found during the search. The police are now actively investigating the source of the email. The gurudwara management believes the threat could be a prank, and the entire area is under heightened security measures as the investigation continues.
