The Patna police are focusing on Beaur Jail as part of their investigation into the murder of businessman Gopal Khemka, who was shot and killed on Friday night. Police suspect the murder may have been planned from inside the jail. A team of officers, under the direction of the Zonal IG, is conducting a thorough search of the facility. Authorities are reviewing a CCTV recording of the fatal shooting. SSP Kartikeya Sharma stated that the raid is based on evidence gathered so far, and the police are making progress towards arresting those responsible for the crime.
