Rajkumar Rai, a leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), was murdered in Patna on Wednesday evening. The attack took place near the Rajendra Nagar Terminal. According to initial reports, the assailants were captured on CCTV. Authorities are exploring all possibilities, including the victim’s political activities and land-related dealings. After being shot, Rai sought shelter in a nearby establishment but tragically died on the way to receive medical attention.
