Patna is reeling from the murder of RJD leader Rajkumar Rai, who was shot dead late Wednesday night. The attack took place near Rajendra Nagar Terminal on lane number seventeen around 10 PM. Law enforcement officials are examining CCTV footage and pursuing all leads to bring the perpetrators to justice. According to authorities, Rai was active in politics and engaged in land transactions. After being shot, Rai sought refuge in a nearby shop but could not survive the injuries sustained in the attack. The police have initiated a comprehensive investigation into the incident.
