Police Arrest Half a Dozen in Connection with Tilauthu Robberies

The police have apprehended six individuals linked to three robbery cases in the Tilauthu police station area. The recovered items include stolen cash, weapons, and a motorcycle. According to SP Roshan Kumar, on November 14, 2024, half a dozen criminals robbed businessman Vikas Kumar Lohani in the Tilauthu area, taking cash and a mobile phone at gunpoint. This was the second such incident involving the suspects. A police team, led by SCPO Vandana, was formed to investigate, including the Tilauthu police station officer and the district information unit. After analyzing CCTV footage and the victim’s stolen mobile data, the team arrested Abhishek Kumar, a resident of New Delia, Dehri Nagar police station, and Gautam Kumar, a resident of Baradih, Tilauthu, near Radha Shanta College on August 1st.
