He emphasized the state’s persistent poverty, noting that it has remained unchanged for the past four decades. Pandey pointed out the difficult circumstances of Bihar’s youth, who are driven to seek employment in other cities. He also expressed that the term ‘Bihari’ carries a negative connotation and that Jan Suraaj offers the best hope for the state’s progress.
