Amar Paswan, an RJD MLA from the Bochahan constituency in Muzaffarpur district, is facing allegations from JDU leader Savita Shahi. Shahi claims that Paswan forcibly seized her land and that his associates destroyed pillars on the property. She further alleges that when she confronted the MLA, he threatened her, demanding she sign over the land or face murder. A case has been registered against MLA Amar Paswan at the Ahiaipur police station, following directives from the DGP.
