Tej Pratap Yadav, expelled from the RJD, has made a significant political move by allying with the VVIP party for the upcoming assembly elections. During a press conference in Patna, he stated that the alliance represents a new beginning. He mentioned that many parties are expressing interest in joining forces. He acknowledged the challenges ahead but emphasized his focus on connecting with the public and addressing their concerns. He declared his intention to contest from Mahua and fight alongside the VVIP. He criticized Mukesh Sahani’s VIP party, calling it a party of ‘chameleons,’ and reiterated his commitment to uniting all sections of society. He intends to work independently and doesn’t want to fall into the trap of traitors. He also stated that people from RJD and Congress could join them. Regarding the Mahua constituency, Tej Pratap stated that he had changed the situation there. He chose to contest as an independent candidate and received support from the people.
