Unusual Names Surface in Bihar Caste Certificate Applications: ‘Bullet,’ ‘Fortuner,’ and ‘Defender’

Unusual names are appearing in applications for caste certificates in Bihar. After previous applications with names like ‘Kkkkkkk’ and ‘bbbbb’, a new case has come to light. An application was filed in Gaya, Bihar, seeking a caste certificate in the name of ‘Bullet.’ The application listed the father’s name as ‘Fortuner’ and the mother’s name as ‘Defender.’ Following the application, the police initiated an investigation. The application was submitted at the Dobhi Zonal Office. The Zonal Officer of Dobhi informed that the application was made online at the RTPS counter under the Bihar Public Services Rights Act. Upon investigation, two applications were deemed suspicious.
