Giriraj Singh presided over the inauguration, with Vijay Sinha and Dr. Dilip Jaiswal in prominent roles, all orchestrated by IPS Vikas Vaibhav. The event’s symbolic lamp-lighting heralded a new dawn.

Vaibhav’s 2021 launch has galvanized 350,000 volunteers around education and enterprise. Free centers aid 2,000 children; 103 diaspora members uplift villages; 600 startups fuel growth. Aiming for five per district by 2028, LIB gears up for broader national engagements, solidifying Bihar’s path to self-reliance.
