Vijay Kumar Malhotra, a long-standing figure in the BJP, died Tuesday morning at AIIMS in Delhi at the age of 94. He was the inaugural president of the BJP’s Delhi branch, as announced by the Delhi BJP. Tributes have been pouring in following his passing.
