Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has been appointed as the LoP in the Lok Sabha, says Congress general secretary KC Venugopal. Earlier, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi was seen leaving the residence of party President Mallikarjun Kharge, in Delhi after attending the meeting of the Floor leaders of INDIA bloc.
