18-Year-Old Man Arrested for Assaulting Two Young Sisters

Devdas Uike, 18, who lived next door, developed a friendly rapport with two sisters. Exploiting this familiarity, he would lure them away and commit the acts. He did this multiple times. The sisters are aged 7 and 11 years old. On August 9, Raksha Bandhan, Devdas took the older sister on his bike under the guise of a ride. He then attempted to molest her by covering her mouth in a secluded area. When the screams of the minor alerted the locals, he fled the scene.
