The Chhattisgarh government has finalized the postings of eligible young individuals in various government departments through the Chief Minister’s Good Governance Fellowship (CMGGF) program. An official order has been issued by the Ministry in this regard. The order confirms that 36 young professionals have been assigned to different departments. The CMGGF scheme aims to reinforce governance-related efforts within the state. This two-year program is structured into eight phases. The initial phase involved a one-month academic session on public policy conducted by IIM Raipur for the selected candidates. Starting August 18, 2025, the fellows will be deployed in various departments as part of the second phase. They will gain practical knowledge of government functions and contribute to the execution of developmental policies and programs. The Department of Good Governance and Convergence oversees the implementation of this fellowship program.
