The whole case is of Gandai police station area of ​​Khairagarh district, where police received information about making fake liquor in Narmada village. Police took immediate action and raided the house of Mirza Waris Beg, where police arrested Sameer and Sukharam with illegal liquor on the spot. The revelations made by the accused on strict interrogation shocked the police.

Khairagarh SP Trilok Bansal today disclosed the case in a press conference. He said that the accused Narsingh Verma and Ashish Mandavi were identified in jail. After being released from jail, both of them decided to open a fake liquor factory in the greed of earning money. Narsingh Verma took the responsibility of making liquor from spirit water and some chemicals and Ashish used to bring fake stickers from Nagpur.

According to the information received from SP Bansal, the accused built a fake liquor factory in a farm house in the Raunda village of Dhamdha in Durg district. The game of making fake liquor started from there. Narsingh used to taste the fake liquor himself to make it taste like the government liquor. The rest of the gang members used to collect empty bottles of government liquor. The fake liquor was prepared exactly like the real one with the help of fake labels and caps brought from Nagpur. After which the rest of the gang members used to take the fake liquor and sell it in the surrounding areas.

Khairagarh SP said that at present the police has arrested seven members of this gang making fake liquor and has sent them to jail after registering a case against them under various sections. Apart from this, the police has also started searching for other accused who provided fake labels and caps.
