Virendra Gahwai, Bilaspur. Sarkanda police has arrested 3 accused who broke into a woman’s house and looted her at gunpoint within 24 hours. Police has succeeded in catching the robbers on the basis of CCTV footage.
Let us tell you that on Friday, three robbers broke into a woman’s house in Bhumi Vihar Colony of Sarkanda police station area and robbed her ring and mangalsutra by showing a fake pistol. After the incident, the police started searching for the robbers on the basis of CCTV footage.
The police succeeded in arresting the accused within 24 hours. The police have confiscated the looted jewellery and fake pistol. The police said that several cases have been registered against the accused earlier as well. SP Rajnesh said that interrogation of the robbers is going on.
