As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation by registering a case. This case is of Wadrafnagar police station. It is being told that injury marks have also been found on the body of the deceased.
According to the information, this morning the villagers of Kolhua village had gone to the river like every day. During this time, they saw a dead body floating on the shore in the river. On this, they immediately informed the village sarpanch, who informed the police. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police team reached the spot and took the body in their possession and started the process of identification. At present, the body has not been identified. Injury marks have also been found on the body of the deceased, which shows that the deceased has been attacked with some object like a stick. Prima facie, this case seems to be a murder.
In the whole case, outpost in-charge Dakeshwar Singh said that after getting the information, the police force has reached the spot. The body is being brought for post-mortem. The body has not been identified yet. The police is investigating all the aspects and is trying to gather complete information about how the deceased reached the river.
