As part of the ongoing malnutrition eradication campaign in Balod, Chhattisgarh, Collector Divya Umesh Mishra has adopted two malnourished girls, Himanshi and Tejaswi. She aims to provide them with the necessary care to achieve proper nutrition. At a meeting in the Joint District Office, Collector Mishra interacted with the children and their families, offering them treats. The Collector also sought information regarding the children’s diet and overall care to aid their recovery. In a similar move, the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Panchayat, Sunil Chandravanshi, adopted malnourished boys Pushparaj and Prince Thakur. Additionally, MP Bhojraj Nag, MLA Anila Bhedia, MLA Sangeeta Sinha, and District Panchayat President Tarini Pushpendra Chandrakar have also adopted malnourished children.
