Rajesh Munat himself has shared pictures of riding the auto on social media platform X. Munat informed on phone that the people of the country are Modi’s family. We all are members of that family, hence apart from holding general meetings, BJP is making every possible effort to connect with the family. On Friday evening, after the important meeting of BJP, I had come with Sambit Patra ji to take stock of the preparations for Modi ji’s rally. Then we sat in the auto and interacted with the common people and made them aware of Modi ji’s guarantee. We came to know that Puri’s public opinion is with BJP.

Meeting held regarding preparations for PM Modi’s road

Rajesh Munat told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Puri on May 20 at 7 am. After having darshan of Lord Jagannath, he will hold a grand road show with BJP candidates. In this regard, an important meeting was held in the office of BJP candidate from Puri Lok Sabha seat Sambit Patra on Friday regarding preparations, in which Rajasthan State President CP Joshi, MLC Uttar Pradesh Ashok Kataria, Puri District Executive President Devendra Tarai and under Puri District. Apart from all the BJP candidates of the assembly, I also participated. In this meeting, preparations for PM Modi’s program and various action plans were discussed. Munat said that there is tremendous enthusiasm among the common people about PM Modi’s road show.

Environment created in favor of BJP

Sambit Patra is the national spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party and former independent director of ONGC. He is a surgeon by profession. At present his competition here is with Arun Patnaik. At present, an election contest is being seen between the two symbols of Jagannath, the conch and the padma (lotus flower), in Puri, the abode of Shri Jagannath in Odisha. Of the four symbols (conch, chakra, mace, padma) of Jagannath, considered to be an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the conch is the election symbol of BJD, while the election symbol of BJP, lotus, is called Padma by the people in Odisha. Congress candidate from Puri seat has withdrawn his nomination, hence BJP’s victory is considered almost certain.
