Lakshika Sahu, Raipur. Chhattisgarh BJP Mahila Morcha organized Saawan Utsav today in the state office Kushabhau Thakre campus, in which Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai also participated. Women and Child Development Minister Laxmi Rajwade, BJP National Vice President Saroj Pandey, former Haryana MP Sunita Duggal and former MP Renuka Singh, along with many members of Mahila Morcha were also present in this program. All the women involved in the festival were very enthusiastic, and women from different districts of the state presented folk dances in Saawan Mahotsav, in which the performance of the women of Bastar won everyone’s heart.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai participated in the Sawan Mahotsav and congratulated all the sisters of the state on this festival. He said that women have given full support in the assembly and Lok Sabha elections, so congratulations to all the women of the Mahila Morcha. He said that through such events the party is trying to preserve the culture of the state.

Meanwhile, Minister Laxmi Rajwade told Lalluram.com that Hyderabad MLA T. Raja will also participate in the huge Kavad Yatra to be held in Vishrampur tomorrow. Regarding Saawan Utsav, she said that the BJP Mahila Morcha has organized the festival on such a large scale and the women are dancing with great joy in it, for which everyone deserves congratulations.

Politics was also seen in the program. BJP’s national vice president Saroj Pandey took a dig at the Congress and said that this program organized by the Mahila Morcha on such a large scale is a means of empowering women. She said that earlier such programs were organized in the Chief Minister’s residence and the women coming from Delhi used to give all the credit to the Congress Chief Minister. But this time, for the first time in five years, such a big program has been organized.
