Shoaib Dheber is now prohibited from all visits at the Central Jail Raipur for a period of three months. The decision stems from an incident where Shoaib Dheber entered the visitation area without authorization from jail officials, subsequently interfering with official proceedings. The Jail Superintendent of Raipur issued the order, clarifying that Shoaib Dheber ignored instructions and forced his way into the premises during a lawyer’s visit. This action caused disruption to the jail’s security and operational protocols. A probe by Deputy Jail Superintendent M.N. Pradhan verified that Shoaib Dheber’s actions constituted an obstruction of official duties. The Jail Superintendent, acting under Rule 690 of the Jail Manual, has imposed the ban. The authorities emphasized that such behavior undermines the safety and discipline of the jail and that stringent measures will be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future.
