According to the information received, last night a young man died after being hit by a trailer near Kallu Dhaba on Pendra Amarpur road. The deceased has been identified as Shrikant Pandey who worked as a recovery agent for Bajaj Finance Company. After the incident, the trailer driver fled from the spot. Pendra police has started investigating the case.
