Virendra Gahwai, Bilaspur. A case of gang rape of a 13-year-old girl by drugging her has come to light in the capital. The family brought the girl home in a distraught state. After interrogation, the family informed the police about the incident. The police have registered a case and arrested two accused. This case is from Sarkanda area.
In her complaint, the woman told the police that her daughter was friends with a minor living in Vivekanand Residency. Late at night, the minor sent a message on her daughter’s mobile, in which he told that he had obscene photos of the daughter. He called the daughter to meet him near the temple in the colony. Fearing that the obscene photos were there, the girl went to meet the minor at around 2 o’clock in the night. The minor was standing there with one of his friends. Both of them together fed the minor a drug. After this, both of them raped the girl.
Here, the woman started looking for her daughter after not finding her at home. At night, the woman reached near the temple while searching for her daughter. On seeing her, the minor and his friend ran away. The mother brought her distraught daughter home from the crime scene. In the morning, after the daughter regained consciousness, she came to know about the whole matter. The woman has lodged a complaint about the incident at Sarkanda police station. On this, the police is registering a crime and arresting the accused minor and his adult friend and taking further action.
