An orange alert has been issued for 9 districts, while a yellow alert has been declared for the remaining areas. Districts under orange alert include Janjgir-Champa, Raigarh, Korba, Jashpur, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Surajpur, Balrampur, Koriya, and Surguja. These districts can expect moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms. Furthermore, yellow alerts have been issued for various other districts, including Sukma, Bijapur, Dantewada, Bastar, Narayanpur, Kondagaon, Kanker, Dhamtari, Balod, Rajnandgaon, Gariaband, Mahasamund, Raipur, Balodabazar, Janjgir-Champa, Raigarh, Bilaspur, Korba, Jashpur, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Durg, Bemetara, Kabirdham, Mungeli, Surajpur, Koriya, and Balrampur.
