In a significant move, Chhattisgarh’s Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has declared the government’s intention to introduce a new law aimed at curbing religious conversions within the state. Speaking at the Hindu Rashtriya Adhiveshan, he stated that the government is taking action following reports of conversions across the region. The draft legislation is currently in development and is slated for presentation during the next assembly session.
