In a significant move, the Chhattisgarh School Education Department will re-employ B.Ed. qualified assistant teachers who were previously terminated. This action, stemming from order number F 2-19/2024/20-Three dated April 30, 2025, aims to adjust these teachers into the role of Assistant Teacher Science (Laboratory).
The adjustment will be facilitated through open counseling sessions, running from June 17, 2025, to June 26, 2025. These sessions will be held daily at the Government College of Education, Shankar Nagar, Raipur.
A total of 2621 candidates are scheduled to attend the counseling. There are 2621 vacant positions available across schools in 29 districts within the state, specifically for these teachers. To manage the process effectively, counseling will be divided into two shifts, with 150 candidates in each shift, resulting in a daily counseling capacity of 300.
