Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has greeted the people of the state on 4 February on the auspicious occasion of Narmada Jayanti. On this occasion, he expressed reverence for Maa Narmada and said that the blessings of Maa Narmada are for the welfare of all living beings. The Narmada River is not only a stream, but a symbol of faith, culture and prosperity. The serene stream of mother Narmada is Jeevanadini and gives us the message of water conservation. On this holy festival, we all take a pledge that we will make continuous efforts to conserve water resources and protect the environment.
