In Raipur, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai presided over an event to distribute financial assistance under the Mukhyamantri Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana. Thirty-one outstanding students, children of registered laborers who excelled in their 10th and 12th-grade examinations, each received Rs 2 lakh. Furthermore, over Rs 19.71 crore was directly disbursed to the bank accounts of 38,200 construction workers enrolled with the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. The Chief Minister highlighted the government’s dedication to supporting labor families, mentioning provisions for up to Rs 50 lakh in aid for those pursuing studies overseas. He underscored the state’s progressive industrial policy, which has attracted investment proposals exceeding Rs 5 lakh crore, promising job creation. The event also saw the distribution of funds under various other schemes, including support for food, tools, and housing. Labor Minister highlighted the new industrial policy streamlining regulations for increased investment and job creation.
