District Medical and Health Officer Dr Mithlesh Chaudhary said that the investigation report of the case revealed that the patient died due to the negligence of the hospital. Indira IVF Hospital did not have adequate setup for the operation. After this negligence of the hospital came to light, action was taken and the recognition license was cancelled for two months and the hospital was sealed.
