According to the police, the girl is a minor. She used to send snaps to her friends every day. An obscene photo of the girl was made and sent to her family. A demand of Rs 1.50 lakh was made in lieu of not making the photo viral. Purani Basti police is investigating the entire case.
According to the information, Purani Basti police has registered a case under extortion and IT Act against the accused who sent obscene photos of a minor girl to her family and demanded Rs 1.5 lakh. Police sources say that the girl and her family are very stressed after the incident. Evidence has been collected on the basis of mobile number. Police suspects that the accused must have known about the victim’s family, that is why they got the mobile numbers of their family members easily. According to the police, the accused will be arrested soon.
