According to Mayor Ejaz Dhebar, there is a plan to provide them with different nutritious food every day with the aim of providing them facilities. This can include ragi poha, sprouts, bulgur, upma and others.
Regarding the purpose behind this, the mayor said that after cleaning for a while, complaints are received that the cleaning staff goes to hotels on the pretext of having breakfast and disappears from there after a while. Having breakfast in hotels every day has a bad effect on their health and their work is also affected. This is the reason why there is a plan to provide nutritious food to the cleaning staff.
