Raipur, February 16, 2026/An amazing confluence of faith, culture, and spirituality was witnessed at the Rajim Kumbh Kalp 2026, held on the holy land of Rajim, the Prayag of Chhattisgarh. On the cultural evening organized on the banks of the Triveni Sangam, Shri Arun Govil, a famous artist and widely recognized for his role as Lord Shri Ram, gave a soulful presentation of “Suno Shri Ram Kahani”, filling the entire premises with a divine atmosphere of devotion and reverence.
On this occasion, Shri Arun Govil had a cordial meeting with Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and lauded the grand organization and excellent arrangements of the Rajim Kumbh Kalp. Chief Minister Shri Sai honored him by presenting a memento. Shri Govil said that the cultural heritage of Chhattisgarh, public faith, and the affectionate regard of the people have been an unforgettable experience for him.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that Rajim Kumbh Kalp is not just a religious event, but a vibrant festival of our Sanatan tradition, cultural heritage, and spiritual consciousness. He stated that the state government is continuously committed to the preservation and promotion of faith, culture, and tourism, and through such events, Chhattisgarh’s identity is becoming stronger at the national level.
The program was graced by the presence of many public representatives, saints, and devotees, including Food Minister Shri Dayal Das Baghel, Culture and Tourism Minister Shri Rajesh Agarwal, Mahasamund MP Smt. Rupkumari Chaudhary, and Rajim MLA Shri Rohit Sahu.
It is noteworthy that through Rajim Kumbh Kalp 2026, Chhattisgarh’s rich cultural identity, religious tourism, and spiritual heritage are gaining a new recognition at the national level. This festival organized by the state government is emerging as a powerful medium for the promotion of faith, culture, and tourism.
