In a significant ruling, the Chhattisgarh High Court has acquitted three engineers implicated in the controversial Raipur Development Authority (RDA) plot scam. The court, however, maintained the conviction of businessman Ramesh Jhabak. Jhabak’s bail was revoked, and he was directed to return to custody to serve the rest of his sentence. The case dates back to 1996, concerning allegations of irregular plot allocations.
