Navratri is such an occasion when buying gold and silver jewelery as well as buying houses and shops is considered auspicious. This is the reason why there is a boom in real estate business in the capital during Navratri. More than 20 crore registrations have been done in the first seven days of Navratri. In comparison, last year only Rs 16 crore were registered in the six days of Navratri.
Twice as many appointments as usual
The result of the urge to buy houses and shops during Navratri is that where 150 online appointments were not being made in normal days, 300 to 350 online appointments are being made during Navratri.
A lot of registration is happening in these areas
This time apart from Raipur city, Nava Raipur. A lot of registration is also taking place in Arang, Abhanpur and Tilda-Nevra. Compared to last year, 35 percent more people have got registered in these areas.
