In a meeting with security forces in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Home Minister Amit Shah praised their bravery and commitment in combating Naxalism. He specifically acknowledged the contributions of the Central Security Forces, Cobra team, Chhattisgarh Police Force, and DRG. Shah declared that Naxalism would be eliminated from India by March 31, 2026, citing the forces’ resolve and determination. He pointed out the detrimental effects of Naxalism on the tribal population, including the loss of life and the denial of basic necessities. Shah stated that the government is working to integrate these areas into the development mainstream by providing essential services. Additionally, he inaugurated a book that details the Naxal atrocities against tribal communities.
