Class 7 Student in Sikkim Allegedly Sexually Assaulted; Teacher and Two Others in Custody

A school teacher and two other individuals are in police custody in Sikkim, following accusations of sexual assault against a minor. The alleged victim, a Class 7 student, reported the incidents to authorities, prompting the immediate arrest of the three suspects. The school principal initiated the police investigation by filing a complaint with the Gyalshing police on July 14. Simultaneously, in Hyderabad, a fire broke out in a residential building early Wednesday morning. Firefighters successfully rescued five people from the building, which had caught fire due to a suspected short circuit.
