Priyanka Chaturvedi, a Shiv Sena (UBT) MP, has strongly criticized the BJP and the central government concerning the India-Pakistan match scheduled for September 14th in the Asia Cup. In a released video, Chaturvedi addressed the upcoming cricket match set to take place in Dubai. She explained that she had raised the issue in Parliament, citing that during visits to different countries with a parliamentary delegation following Operation Sindoor, it was made clear that there would be no dialogue or trade with terrorism.
Chaturvedi also referred to the deaths of 26 youths in Pahalgam and the resulting 26 widows, emphasizing the circumstances that led to Operation Sindoor and the subsequent strong response to Pakistan. The announcement of the cricket match has now sparked further controversy.
