Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate 184 new Type-7 multi-story flats for Members of Parliament on Baba Kharak Singh Marg in Delhi. In addition to the inauguration, the Prime Minister will participate in a symbolic tree planting ceremony within the residential complex. Concurrently, a protest march is planned from Parliament House to the Election Commission office in Delhi, organized by the India Bloc and led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, addressing concerns related to alleged vote manipulation and the SIR issue. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs, under the leadership of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, will convene at 4 PM today to be briefed by officials from the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on contemporary issues in India’s foreign policy. The monsoon session of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly commences today, a session scheduled for only four days. One day will feature a 24-hour continuous session. Government ministers will use this time to present vision documents outlining their departmental plans.
