In a meeting in Delhi, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami discussed Uttarakhand’s development with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, seeking guidance on various projects. Dhami acknowledged the central government’s support, emphasizing Uttarakhand’s role in achieving a Developed India by 2047. He presented the Prime Minister with gifts including a Kartik Swami Temple replica and local products. Dhami proposed infrastructure upgrades for several corridors and requested the use of CSR funds. He also requested that Nepa Farm be developed as a semiconductor hub, the RRTS be extended to Haridwar, and provisions be made for rail routes. Dhami discussed the upcoming Nanda Raj Jat Yatra, requesting financial assistance and environmentally friendly infrastructure. He also sought funds for the Mahakumbh preparations and approval for power infrastructure projects. Additionally, he discussed the restoration of Chaurasi Kutiya and a river-linking project to improve water access for residents. The Chief Minister requested approval for hydropower projects. The Prime Minister inquired about various projects and assured full support for Uttarakhand’s development.
