Firefighters are working to extinguish a major fire at the Aerosol Garment Factory located in Dombivli’s MIDC area, Thane. The Regional Disaster Management Centre (RDMC) reported the incident, with fire tenders and emergency teams responding near the Manpada Police Station. The intense fire caused significant damage to the factory, producing large plumes of smoke visible for miles. Separately, a fire at a Chinese fast food outlet near Kharghar railway station in Navi Mumbai was quickly brought under control by the local fire brigade after an LPG leak ignited a shawarma machine.
