Family Tragedy in Azamgarh: Man Murders Family, Then Self

Azamgarh police are investigating a grim murder-suicide in Mustafabad village. Neeraj Pandey, employed at a Varanasi petrol pump, reportedly shot and killed his mother and young son before turning the gun on himself. His daughter was also injured in the incident and is hospitalized. Law enforcement officials believe alcohol and a possible family dispute may have played a role in the tragedy. Neighbors, alerted by the sound of gunfire, discovered the injured family members. Concurrently, in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, a car accident resulted in the deaths of two people after a vehicle submerged in a canal. Rescue operations are underway to assess the situation and recover any further victims.
