In Wazirpur, Gurugram, an encounter between police and a group of shooters led to the death of five individuals. The primary target of the shooters was identified as singer Fazilpuria. This event is linked to a previous attempt on the singer’s life on July 14, 2025, on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram. The attempted murder was allegedly planned by gangsters Deepak Nandal and Rohit Sirdhania. Acting on intelligence, a joint team from the STF and the crime branch intercepted the shooters, who were traveling in a vehicle lacking a license plate. The police operation resulted in an exchange of gunfire. Police shot and injured four suspects in the legs, and the remaining shooter was apprehended. The shooters have been identified as Vinod Pehalwan, Padam alias Raja, Shubham alias Kala, Gautam alias Gogi, and Ashish alias Ashu. The injured are receiving medical treatment, and their condition is stable. Police have recovered weapons from the scene.
